Terms of Service for Yki Testiti

1. General

   This website (hereinafter "Yki Testi'') provides practice materials for practice language proficiency. By using this site and purchasing paid content, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Provider

3. Payments and Access

   Access to paid materials is granted immediately after successful payment.

   All prices are final. Since the provider is a private individual, VAT (ALV) is not applied/charged (unless the legal threshold for registration is met).

4. Refund Policy (No Right of Withdrawal)

   In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act regarding digital content: By purchasing access, you explicitly request that the service begins immediately. You acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw from the contract (14-day cooling-off period) once the digital content is made available to you. Refunds are not provided for digital access.

5. Intellectual Property

   All materials on Yki Testiti are protected by copyright. Access is personal. Sharing login credentials or distributing the test materials to third parties is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

   The materials are for practice purposes only. Yki Testiti does not guarantee that the user will pass the official YKI exam. The service is provided "as is."
