Refund Policy

Digital Content Policy

According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.

No Refunds

By purchasing a subscription or a test package on Yki Testiti, you agree that:

• The delivery of the digital content starts immediately.
• You waive your right to the 14-day withdrawal period.
• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the paid materials have been accessed.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally paid for the same package twice.
• Technical Failure: If a technical error on our side prevents you from accessing the content and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable time.
